Terms and Conditions

• In case of any unexpected bandh or strike, we will endower to make best possible alternative arrangements, please bear with us. This may entail a change in the itinerary. Any extra overnight stay/stay at any new location shall be payable (according to the choice of hotel).

• In A/C Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. In premium categories AC will be available always. The Houseboat is not mobile after evening.

• At Munnar, Thekkady, Vagamon & other hill stations generally rooms will not be A/c since these are cold places.

• All guests are advised to carry a photo id card during the entire trip (you will have to present a copy of the same if requested).

• Rates, wherever mentioned, are valid for the mentioned period only and is only for ground handling arrangements (accommodation and transport). The rates are for base category package only. Accommodation and Transport arrangements can be modified as per your budget.

• We do not have any hidden charges except your lunch and dinner.
